Uppdragsbeskrivning

Vi söker en erfaren ITSM-utvecklare till ett nyetablerat team med ansvar för vidareutveckling, konfiguration, integration och teknisk förvaltning av en ITSM-plattform. Rollen innebär ett nära samarbete med teknisk lead, produktägare, förvaltningsorganisation och andra tekniska funktioner.

Du kommer att omsätta verksamhets- och processkrav till tekniska lösningar som förenklar och effektiviserar IT-processerna. Arbetet omfattar både nyutveckling och förbättring av befintlig funktionalitet, med fokus på användbarhet, kvalitet och förvaltningsbarhet.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Utveckla och konfigurera ITSM-plattformens funktionalitet utifrån verksamhetens krav.
  • Implementera formulär, arbetsflöden, regler, notifieringar, rapporter och integrationer.
  • Vidareutveckla stöd för bland annat Incident, Problem, Change, Release och Configuration Management.
  • Analysera krav, identifiera tekniska lösningar samt genomföra felsökning och korrigeringar.
  • Arbeta med test, kvalitetssäkring, versions- och releasehantering samt teknisk dokumentation.
  • Samverka med produktägare, arkitekter, säkerhetsfunktioner och externa samarbetspartners samt bidra vid överlämning till förvaltning.

Skall-krav

  • Minst 3 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av utveckling och konfiguration av ITSM-verktyg.
  • Erfarenhet från minst 2 uppdrag där du utvecklat eller konfigurerat funktionalitet i ITSM-verktyg, exempelvis portaler, formulär, arbetsflöden, regler, notifieringar eller behörighetslösningar.
  • Erfarenhet från minst 2 uppdrag med integrationer och datautbyte mellan ITSM-plattformar och andra system, exempelvis genom REST/API och JSON.
  • Minst 2 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av ITSM-lösningar som stödjer ITIL-baserade processer, exempelvis Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Request eller Configuration Management/CMDB.
  • Erfarenhet från minst 2 uppdrag av scripting eller motsvarande teknisk anpassning i samband med ITSM-verktyg
  • Erfarenhet från minst 2 uppdrag av arbete med minst tre av följande: test, felsökning, teknisk dokumentation, versionshantering och releasehantering.

Meriterande

  • Minst 3 års erfarenhet av utveckling och konfiguration i ITSM-plattformen Service Desk Plus.
  • Erfarenhet från minst 1 uppdrag av utveckling eller vidareutveckling av CMDB/Configuration Management i ett ITSM-verktyg.
  • Erfarenhet från minst 1 uppdrag där ett nytt ITSM-verktyg eller en ny ITSM-plattform införts eller etablerats, inklusive överlämning till förvaltningsorganisation.
