Uppdragsbeskrivning

En större offentlig verksamhet söker en fullstackutvecklare på senior nivå till ett etablerat leveransområde inom IT. Uppdraget är placerat i ett leveranståg där flera team gemensamt ansvarar för utveckling och förvaltning av verksamhetskritiska, gemensamma tjänster inom ärendehantering.

Du blir en del av ett tvärfunktionellt team om cirka tio personer. Arbetet sker i en teknisk miljö som kombinerar både modern containerbaserad plattform och äldre applikationsservrar, vilket ställer krav på bred teknisk förståelse och förmåga att navigera mellan olika generationer av teknik.

Rollen innebär att du bidrar i hela utvecklingskedjan från analys till implementation och vidare förvaltning samt säkerställer att nya lösningar fungerar väl tillsammans med befintlig och framtida arkitektur. Arbetssättet är agilt med kontinuerlig prioritering, testdrivet arbetssätt och täta leveranser. Teamet delar gemensamt ansvar för produkterna, vilket innebär att samarbete och kunskapsöverföring är centralt.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Utveckla och vidareutveckla applikationer i en komplex systemmiljö
  • Arbeta med API:er och integrationer mellan interna system
  • Säkerställa att lösningar är skalbara och långsiktigt hållbara
  • Analysera krav och omsätta dem i tekniska implementationer
  • Aktivt bidra till teamets utveckling och spridning av kompetens

Skall-krav

  • Minst 5 års erfarenhet av utveckling inom Java Enterprise Edition (inklusive EJB)
  • Minst 3 års erfarenhet av utveckling i Java 8
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av arbete i större och komplexa IT-miljöer
  • Förmåga att arbeta både självständigt och i team
  • God kommunikativ förmåga
  • Flytande svenska i tal och skrift

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av planerings- och uppföljningsverktyg såsom Jira eller motsvarande
  • Erfarenhet av Lean eller andra agila utvecklingsmetoder
  • Erfarenhet av skalade agila ramverk, exempelvis SAFe
