Product Owner / Business Analyst – D365

Vi söker nu en erfaren Product Owner / Business Analyst med god förståelse för Microsoft Dynamics 365 och affärsnära processutveckling inom en större verksamhet.

Rollen innebär ansvar för att äga, prioritera och vidareutveckla funktionalitet inom D365 för ett definierat verksamhetsområde. Du fungerar som länken mellan affär, IT, arkitektur och utvecklingsteam, och säkerställer att systemstödet möter verksamhetens behov på ett standardiserat, skalbart och värdeskapande sätt.

Uppdraget kombinerar strategiskt produktägarskap med praktiskt Business Analyst-arbete, där du både driver roadmap, prioriteringar och backlog samt arbetar hands-on med krav, processer, workshops och test-/acceptansstöd.

Omfattning

  • Start: Snarast möjligt, med hänsyn till kandidatens tillgänglighet
  • Längd: Initialt 1 år
  • Omfattning: Heltid, 40 h/vecka
  • Plats: Hybrid, cirka 3 dagar per vecka

Ansvarsområden

Produktägarskap

  • Äga och förvalta produktvision och roadmap för D365 inom tilldelat område
  • Prioritera och underhålla backlog utifrån affärsvärde, risker och beroenden
  • Säkerställa att utvecklingsinitiativ ligger i linje med affärsmål och arkitekturprinciper
  • Definiera scope och fatta beslut kring funktionella prioriteringar
  • Vara primär kontaktyta mellan verksamhet, IT och utvecklingsteam
  • Säkerställa att lösningar är skalbara, standardiserade och följer etablerade principer

Business Analyst-ansvar

  • Analysera och dokumentera nuläge och framtida affärsprocesser
  • Samla in, strukturera och dokumentera verksamhetskrav
  • Översätta affärsbehov till user stories och funktionella specifikationer
  • Facilitera workshops och kravinsamlingssessioner
  • Stötta lösningsdesign tillsammans med arkitekter och utvecklingsteam
  • Bidra till testplanering, testgenomförande och acceptans
  • Säkerställa spårbarhet mellan krav, levererad lösning och affärsnytta

Vi söker dig som har

  • Erfarenhet som Product Owner, Business Analyst eller liknande roll
  • Erfarenhet av ERP-miljöer
  • Hands-on erfarenhet av Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Erfarenhet av kravhantering och processmodellering
  • Erfarenhet av agila arbetssätt
  • God förståelse för end-to-end affärsprocesser inom supply chain, orderflöden, logistik eller liknande områden
  • Förståelse för systemarkitektur och integrationsprinciper
  • Förmåga att analysera data och följa upp processer genom KPI
