Senior Produktägare & Förändringsledare

Uppdragsbeskrivning

Vi söker en senior konsult som kombinerar produktägarskap med förändringsledning och som kan driva utveckling i en komplex miljö där verksamhet, teknik och arkitektur samverkar.

I rollen ansvarar du för att säkerställa att initiativ levererar konkret affärsnytta, samtidigt som du skapar struktur och riktning i ett agilt sammanhang. Du arbetar nära flera funktioner och bidrar till både strategisk planering och operativ leverans.

Du förväntas även bidra till att stärka organisationens långsiktiga förmågor, inklusive teknisk hållbarhet, arbetssätt och samarbete över teamgränser.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Prioritera och förvalta backlog samt planera leveranser över tid
  • Säkerställa att leveranser möter behov och skapar förväntat värde
  • Samverka med olika roller kring roadmap, drift och utveckling
  • Följa upp och rapportera nyckeltal kopplade till leverans och kvalitet
  • Delta i budgetarbete, prognoser och kontinuerlig förbättring
  • Driva och stötta agila förändringsinitiativ

Skall-krav

  • 10 års erfarenhet inom produktledning
  • 10 års erfarenhet inom förändringsledning
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att leda agila transformationer med bestående resultat
  • God förståelse för samspelet mellan verksamhet, teknik och arkitektur
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta i komplexa organisationer
  • Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga

Meriterande

  • Certifieringar inom agil produktutveckling
  • Certifieringar inom förändringsledning
  • Relevant högskoleexamen eller motsvarande
  • 5 års erfarenhet av att jobba inom stora myndigheter
