Uppdragsbeskrivning

En större organisation inom samhällskritisk verksamhet söker en erfaren Produktägare för att etablera och vidareutveckla en central plattform för logghantering och säkerhetsövervakning. Uppdraget är placerat inom en enhet med ansvar för gemensamma IT-plattformar och infrastrukturtjänster som används brett i organisationen.

Rollen innebär helhetsansvar för produktens målbild, prioriteringar och långsiktiga utveckling. Initialt leder du även införandefasen som projektledare och säkerställer att lösningen etableras enligt uppsatta krav på informationssäkerhet, stabilitet och regelefterlevnad.

Du fungerar som sammanhållande länk mellan verksamhet, IT-drift, arkitektur, säkerhet och externa leverantörer. Arbetet omfattar såväl strategiska beslut kring roadmap och målarkitektur som operativ koordinering av implementation och uppföljning.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Ansvara för backlog, roadmap och kontinuerlig utveckling av plattformen
  • Leda införandeprojekt inklusive planering, styrning och uppföljning
  • Samla in och prioritera krav från flera intressentgrupper
  • Säkerställa efterlevnad av relevanta regelverk och interna styrdokument
  • Följa upp KPI:er, risker, kostnader och nyttorealisering
  • Samverka med arkitekter, tekniska specialister och externa leverantörer

Skall-krav

  • Flera års erfarenhet i roll som Produktägare eller motsvarande ledande funktion inom IT-utveckling eller infrastruktur
  • Några års erfarenhet av att etablera eller vidareutveckla centrala plattformsförmågor (exempelvis loggning, övervakning, backup eller säkerhetsplattformar)
  • Några års erfarenhet av kravhantering, backlog-prioritering och arbete i större organisationer med flera intressentgrupper
  • Flera års erfarenhet av att driva tekniska initiativ med flera systemintegrationer och externa leverantörer
  • Flera års erfarenhet av att ta fram målarkitektur, roadmap och införandestrategi för plattformstjänster
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet från komplexa IT-miljöer med distribuerade system, hybridmoln/on-prem samt externa driftparter

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av arbete med central logghantering (exempelvis implementation eller förvaltning av SIEM/loggplattformar)
  • Erfarenhet av monitorering och förståelse för sambandet mellan loggning, övervakning och incidenthantering
  • Erfarenhet av backup- och återställningsstrategier inklusive RPO/RTO och kontinuitetsplanering
  • Erfarenhet från regulatoriskt styrd verksamhet såsom offentlig sektor eller annan säkerhetsklassad miljö
