Uppdragsbeskrivning

Vi söker en senior S/4HANA CRM Functional Consultant till ett långsiktigt transformationsprojekt hos en större nordisk verksamhet. Uppdraget innebär att förstärka ett etablerat CRM-team under förberedelserna inför en övergång från en befintlig SAP CRM-lösning till SAP S/4HANA.

Du kommer att arbeta nära verksamheten och övriga SAP-specialister med analys, konfiguration och vidareutveckling av CRM-processer samt bidra till en stabil och effektiv migrering. Rollen passar dig som har ett konsultativt arbetssätt och trivs i en miljö där samarbete, dokumentation och kunskapsdelning är en naturlig del av vardagen.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter

  • Konfigurera och vidareutveckla funktionalitet inom SAP CRM och S/4HANA.
  • Analysera verksamhetsbehov och omsätta dessa till funktionella lösningar.
  • Dokumentera affärsprocesser och funktionella specifikationer.
  • Delta i planering och genomförande av migrering till SAP S/4HANA.
  • Samarbeta med utvecklare, arkitekter och verksamhetsrepresentanter.
  • Bidra med coachning och kunskapsöverföring inom teamet.

Skall-krav

  • Minst 7 års erfarenhet som SAP CRM Functional Consultant.
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av SAP CRM.
  • Erfarenhet av SAP S/4HANA Utilities Customer Engagement.
  • God kunskap inom Sales-, Service- och Marketing-modulerna.
  • Erfarenhet av Product Modeling Environment (PME) och Middleware.
  • Erfarenhet av att dokumentera affärsprocesser.
  • Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av SAP IS-U och relaterade processer.
  • Kunskap om integrationstekniker såsom OData och IDoc.
  • Erfarenhet av prestandaoptimering vid stora datamängder.
  • Erfarenhet från energi- eller utilitybranschen.
