Uppdragsbeskrivning

Vi söker en erfaren SAP-specialist med tyngdpunkt inom SAP IS-U, SAP CRM eller SAP SD. Rollen passar dig som har en stark funktionell profil och erfarenhet av att omsätta verksamhetsbehov till hållbara och affärsmässiga lösningar i komplexa systemmiljöer.

Du kommer att fungera som en viktig länk mellan verksamhet och IT, där fokus ligger på kravhantering, analys, lösningsdesign samt kvalitetssäkring av förändringar och förbättringsinitiativ. Rollen kräver ett helhetsperspektiv, god förståelse för affärsprocesser och förmåga att driva dialog med olika intressenter.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Samla in, analysera och konkretisera verksamhetskrav
  • Ta fram funktionella lösningsförslag och designunderlag
  • Delta i incidenthantering, felsökning och vidareutveckling av befintliga lösningar
  • Säkerställa att förändringar uppfyller verksamhetsmässiga och regulatoriska krav
  • Samordna aktiviteter mellan verksamhet, förvaltning och tekniska team
  • Bidra till kvalitetssäkring, test och förbättringsarbete

Skall-krav

  • Minst 5 års erfarenhet av funktionellt arbete inom SAP
  • Gedigen erfarenhet inom SAP IS-U, SAP CRM eller SAP SD
  • Erfarenhet av kravanalys, processkartläggning och lösningsdesign
  • God förståelse för systemförvaltning, incidenthantering och förändringsarbete
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta nära verksamheten och olika intressenter
  • Flytande engelska och svenska i tal och skrift

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet från energi-, utility- eller annan reglerad verksamhet
  • Kunskap inom integrationer, meddelandeflöden eller masterdatahantering
  • Erfarenhet av SAP-relaterad felsökning och teknisk analys
  • Kunskap om arbetssätt såsom Agile, Scrum eller ITIL
