Uppdragsbeskrivning

Vi söker en senior SAP S/4HANA PM/EAM-konsult till ett omfattande transformations- och migreringsinitiativ hos en större internationell verksamhet. Rollen kombinerar ansvar inom både funktionell rådgivning och migreringsarbete med fokus på SAP Plant Maintenance och Enterprise Asset Management.

Konsulten kommer att arbeta nära verksamhet, super users, utvecklingsteam och andra SAP-specialister för att säkerställa en effektiv övergång till SAP S/4HANA. Uppdraget omfattar processanalys, design av lösningar, migreringsstöd samt koordinering mellan verksamhet och tekniska team genom hela projektets livscykel.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Delta i SAP S/4HANA PM/EAM-implementering och migreringsaktiviteter
  • Ta fram blueprint-dokumentation, funktionsspecifikationer och kravunderlag
  • Stödja migreringsmapping, datavalidering och kvalitetssäkring före och efter go-live
  • Genomföra fit-gap-analyser och rekommendera lösningar enligt SAP best practice
  • Konfigurera SAP PM-processer och stödja integrationer mot andra SAP-moduler
  • Samarbeta med verksamhet, testteam, utvecklare och andra funktionella konsulter i agila projektmiljöer

Skall-krav

  • Minst 10 års erfarenhet av SAP PM/EAM i implementations- eller supportroller
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av SAP S/4HANA-implementationer och migreringsprojekt
  • Mycket god förståelse för SAP PM-processer samt integration mot exempelvis MM
  • Erfarenhet av att översätta verksamhetskrav till funktionella lösningsförslag och specifikationer
  • Erfarenhet av blueprinting, test, validering, utbildning och go-live-support
  • God kunskap inom SAP Fiori och standardprocesser i SAP S/4HANA PM
  • Erfarenhet av arbete i agila team och nära samarbete med verksamhet och utveckling
  • Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av ECC till S/4HANA-migreringar
  • Erfarenhet av migreringsverktyg och datamigrering inom SAP
  • Erfarenhet av Microsoft DevOps i SAP-projekt
  • Grundläggande kunskaper i ABAP för felsökning och analys av kundanpassningar
