Uppdragsbeskrivning

Vår kund, en internationellt verksam aktör inom avancerad mjukvaruutveckling, söker nu en senior backendutvecklare med tekniskt ledande ansvar. Uppdraget omfattar utveckling och vidareutveckling av backendlösningar i tekniskt krävande miljöer där stabilitet, prestanda och effektiv resursanvändning är centrala faktorer.

Rollen har en tydlig arkitektonisk och teknisk tyngd, med ansvar för att driva tekniska vägval, kvalitetssäkra lösningar och fungera som stöd till andra utvecklare. Arbetet sker i system som ligger nära den underliggande plattformen och där höga krav ställs på robusthet och tillförlitlighet, utan att vara klassisk inbyggd utveckling.

Uppdraget innebär främst backendutveckling i Java, kompletterat med andra språk vid behov, samt analys och optimering av systemets helhet – från arkitektur till implementation och datalager.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Utveckla och vidareutveckla backendlösningar i komplexa system
  • Arbeta med arkitektur, prestandaoptimering och minneshantering
  • Analysera och åtgärda flaskhalsar i system och datalager
  • Bidra till tekniska riktlinjer, kodstandarder och arkitektoniska beslut
  • Fungera som tekniskt stöd och mentor i utvecklingsteam
  • Samverka i tvärfunktionella team enligt agila arbetssätt

Vi söker både anställda konsulter och underkonsulter.

Skall-krav

  • Relevant högskole- eller universitetsutbildning inom IT eller teknik
  • Minst 10 års erfarenhet av backend- eller systemutveckling i komplexa miljöer
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i Java
  • Erfarenhet av systemnära utveckling med höga krav på prestanda och stabilitet
  • Vana att ta tekniskt ansvar och leda tekniska initiativ
  • Erfarenhet av agila arbetssätt och samarbete nära drift eller DevOps

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av lokalt driftade systemmiljöer
  • Erfarenhet av prestandakritiska eller resursbegränsade system
  • Erfarenhet av säkerhetskritisk mjukvara
