Uppdragsbeskrivning Vi söker en senior konsult som ska stödja en nordisk verksamhet inom energisektorn i att definiera och driva digital efterfrågan kopplad till affären. Rollen innebär ett nära samarbete med verksamhet och IT för att utveckla digitala förmågor och forma en framtida målarkitektur.

Konsulten kommer att ha ett helhetsansvar för processen kring verksamhetens behovshantering – från insamling och analys till prioritering och uppföljning – samt säkerställa att affärsbehov översätts till tydliga IT-krav och värdeskapande initiativ.

Uppdraget innefattar även att bidra till transformationsarbete där processer, data och system utvecklas mot en mer digital och datadriven organisation. Rollen kräver god ledarskapsförmåga, vana att hantera flera intressenter samt erfarenhet av förändringsarbete i komplexa miljöer.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Leda och vidareutveckla processer för behovshantering och styrning
  • Säkerställa en sammanhållen bild av IT-landskap och behovsportfölj
  • Identifiera förbättringsområden baserat på data och affärsinsikter
  • Omvandla verksamhetsbehov till strukturerade krav, KPI:er och värdecase
  • Stötta transformationsinitiativ och definiera målarkitektur och roadmap
  • Genomföra övergripande arkitekturgranskningar ur ett verksamhets- och informationsperspektiv

Skall-krav

  • Minst 10 års relevant erfarenhet inom IT och verksamhetsutveckling
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av demand management (insamling, analys, prioritering och uppföljning)
  • Stark kompetens inom verksamhets- och IT-arkitektur
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta datadrivet med KPI:er, analys och beslutsunderlag
  • Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
  • Erfarenhet av arbete i större organisationer

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet från energibranschen eller liknande verksamhet
  • Kunskap om agila arbetssätt
  • Erfarenhet av informationssäkerhet och regulatoriska krav
  • Erfarenhet av transformationsprogram i komplexa miljöer
