Uppdragsbeskrivning

En större offentlig aktör söker en erfaren frontendutvecklare för arbete med utveckling och vidareutveckling av webbaserade tjänster kopplade till digital försäljning och självservice. Lösningarna riktar sig både till privatpersoner och organisationer som hanterar tjänster för sina medarbetare eller användare.

Miljön består av flera agila utvecklingsteam som tillsammans ansvarar för organisationens webbplattformar. Fokus ligger på modern webbutveckling med hög kvalitet, god prestanda och en arkitektur där komponenter är fristående, testbara och enkla att driftsätta.

Frontendutvecklingen sker huvudsakligen i moderna JavaScript-ramverk och Typescript. Backend bygger på moderna tjänstearkitekturer och lösningarna utvecklas med målsättningen att driftsättas i en molnbaserad miljö. Frontend bygger på ett komponentbibliotek kopplat till ett centralt designsystem.

Teamen arbetar nära varandra i en agil organisation med kontinuerliga releaser, automatiserade tester och ett starkt fokus på samarbete kring produktutveckling.

Arbetsspråket i uppdraget är svenska, både i tal och skrift.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Utveckla och vidareutveckla webbaserade användargränssnitt i moderna frontendramverk
  • Bygga och underhålla återanvändbara komponenter baserade på designsystem
  • Säkerställa kvalitet genom automatiserade tester och kodgranskning
  • Samarbeta med UX, backendutvecklare och andra team i organisationen
  • Bidra till förbättringar av arkitektur, prestanda och utvecklingsprocesser
  • Delta i agil utveckling med täta leveranser och kontinuerlig förbättring

Skall-krav

  • Högskoleexamen inom ett IT-relaterat område, exempelvis datateknik eller informationsteknik
  • Minst 5 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av webbutveckling med moderna SPA-ramverk (t.ex. React, Angular, Vue eller liknande)
  • Minst 3 års erfarenhet av utveckling i React
  • Minst 3 års erfarenhet av utveckling i Typescript
  • Minst 2 års erfarenhet av arbete med Next.js
  • Minst 3 års erfarenhet av att konfigurera och utveckla automatiserade tester, exempelvis med Jest, React Testing Library eller Cypress
  • Minst 3 års erfarenhet av utveckling i tekniskt komplexa miljöer med flera integrationer och beroenden
  • Minst 3 års erfarenhet av arbete enligt riktlinjer för tillgänglighet (exempelvis WCAG)
  • Minst 3 års erfarenhet av arbete i featureteam i större organisationer med beroenden till andra tekniska team

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av nära samarbete med UX samt arbete med designsystem och komponentbaserad design (t.ex. Atomic Design)
  • Erfarenhet av code reviews och kvalitetssäkring av kod
  • Erfarenhet av att bidra till tekniska beslut inom frontendarkitektur och arbetssätt
  • Erfarenhet av CI/CD-processer
  • Erfarenhet av arbete i monorepo-baserade projekt
