Uppdragsbeskrivning Vi söker en senior konsult som ansvarar för att leda och samordna ett omfattande integrationsarbete i en komplex organisationsmiljö. Uppdraget omfattar ett helhetsansvar för planering, styrning och genomförande i en fas där verksamheter både ska sammanföras och delvis separeras. Rollen innebär att skapa tydlig struktur, säkerställa framdrift och hantera beroenden mellan flera funktioner och intressenter.

Konsulten kommer att arbeta nära ledning och styrgrupp, med fokus på att möjliggöra välgrundade beslut, säkerställa kontinuitet i verksamheten samt driva förändringsarbete med hög kvalitet.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Etablera övergripande plan, styrmodell och arbetssätt för integrationsfasen
  • Leda och koordinera tvärfunktionella team och arbetsströmmar
  • Säkerställa leveranser enligt prioriterad tidplan och identifierade beroenden
  • Hantera risker, flaskhalsar och kritiska aktiviteter samt föreslå åtgärder
  • Driva kommunikation, rapportering och beslutsunderlag till styrgrupp
  • Säkerställa kontinuitet i verksamheten under förändringsarbetet

Skall-krav

  • Gedigen erfarenhet av att leda komplexa projekt eller program med många intressenter
  • Dokumenterad förmåga att etablera struktur, planering och uppföljning
  • Erfarenhet av integrationsprojekt och/eller större verksamhetsförändringar
  • Stark ledarskapsförmåga utan formellt personalansvar
  • Erfarenhet av arbete mot styrgrupp och seniora beslutsfattare
  • Flytande svenska i tal och skrift

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet från större organisationer med komplexa beroendestrukturer
  • Bakgrund inom förändringsledning och organisationskommunikation
  • Erfarenhet av samverkan i arbetsrättsliga eller fackliga sammanhang
  • Förståelse för samspel mellan funktioner såsom HR, IT, ekonomi och juridik
