Vi söker en senior IT-projektledare till ett större verksamhetskritiskt initiativ hos vår kund. Rollen innebär att leda och samordna projektets olika delar, säkerställa framdrift och skapa förutsättningar för att uppsatta mål nås inom tid, budget och kvalitetsramar.

Uppdraget omfattar ansvar för planering, styrning och uppföljning av projektets genomförande i nära samarbete med projektteam, delprojektledare och andra intressenter. Rollen kräver ett strukturerat arbetssätt, god affärsförståelse och vana att verka i komplexa IT-miljöer där flera beroenden och integrationer behöver hanteras. Fokus ligger på att driva projekt med hög leveranssäkerhet och med verksamhetens behov i centrum.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Leda och koordinera större IT-projekt genom hela eller delar av projektlivscykeln
  • Säkerställa styrning av tidplan, budget, prognoser, risker och leveranser
  • Samordna projektteam, delprojekt och externa samt interna intressenter
  • Ta fram eller bidra till kravunderlag och stötta upphandlingsrelaterade aktiviteter
  • Driva införande eller systembyten i miljöer med många tekniska integrationer
  • Arbeta enligt agila arbetssätt och etablerade projektstyrningsmodeller

Vi söker både anställda konsulter och underkonsulter.

Skall-krav

  • Minst 7 års erfarenhet i rollen som IT-projektledare
  • Erfarenhet av att ha lett minst 3 större IT-projekt avseende utveckling och/eller införande av nya system eller tjänster, med projektbudget om minst 30 MSEK per projekt
  • Minst 2 tidigare uppdrag där konsulten självständigt arbetat med kravunderlag och genomförande av upphandling inom IT-projekt i offentlig verksamhet enligt relevant upphandlingslagstiftning
  • Erfarenhet av att ha drivit minst 3 IT-projekt i genomförande- eller implementeringsfas samt ansvarat för minst en av faserna analys, planering eller avslut
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av ansvar för planering, styrning och leverans, inklusive budget, prognoser och riskhantering
  • Erfarenhet från minst 1 systemersättningsprojekt i integrationsintensiv miljö med minst 30 integrationer
  • Minst 3 års erfarenhet av att leda IT-projekt enligt agila metoder

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet från projekt eller uppdrag kopplade till trafikinformation inom kollektivt resande eller annan komplex informationsintensiv verksamhet
  • Erfarenhet av projektstyrningsmodeller såsom XLPM eller likvärdigt ramverk
  • Universitets- eller högskoleutbildning inom IT, systemvetenskap, datateknik eller motsvarande
  • Projektledarcertifiering såsom IPMA, PMI eller motsvarande
