The posting

Vi söker en mycket erfaren och trygg IT-projektledare som vill ta ett strategiskt och operativt ansvar i ett av Sveriges mest samhällskritiska IT-program. Du kommer att leda och samordna arbetet med implementationen av ett nytt driftövervakningssystem (SCADA/EMS) i en komplex miljö med höga krav på säkerhet, struktur och leveransprecision.

Rollen är central i ett långsiktigt program där både interna resurser och externa leverantörer samverkar. Du ansvarar för att säkerställa framdrift enligt uppsatta mål, planer och säkerhetsprocesser, samt för rapportering till beställare, programledning och styrgrupp. Arbetet bedrivs enligt etablerad projektmodell och styrs av tydliga regelverk kopplade till säkerhetskänslig verksamhet.

Detta är en roll för dig som är van att navigera i komplexa beroenden, leda seniora intressenter och samtidigt hålla ett tydligt fokus på struktur, riskhantering och leverans.

Vi söker dig som:

• Har teknisk eller ekonomisk högskoleexamen • Har minst 15 års erfarenhet som IT-projektledare i stora och komplexa IT-miljöer • Har dokumenterad erfarenhet av projekt med många interna och externa beroenden • Har minst 3 års erfarenhet av säkerhetsarbete inom informations-, IT- eller cybersäkerhet • Har erfarenhet av säkerhetssamråd och arbete i säkerhetsklassad verksamhet • Har minst 1 års erfarenhet av arbete med SCADA- eller EMS-system • Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska i tal och skrift

Meriterande erfarenheter:

• Erfarenhet av arbete inom statlig myndighet eller annan offentlig verksamhet • Tidigare arbete i säkerhetskänslig eller samhällskritisk verksamhet • Erfarenhet av PPS eller liknande projektstyrningsmodell • Chefserfarenhet med personalansvar i projektintensiva organisationer

Ditt uppdrag i praktiken:

• Ansvara för att programmet följer fastställda säkerhetsprocesser, planer och tidramar • Leda och samordna interna samråd samt leveranser kopplade till externa samrådsprocesser • Ansvara för programmets SUA-arbete och placering av medarbetare i säkerhetsklass • Säkerställa framdrift i ett komplext samspel mellan flera parallella program och projekt • Följa upp leveranser, hantera risker och rapportera status till programledning och intressenter • Arbeta strukturerat i etablerade projektverktyg för rapportering och resursuppföljning
