The posting

Vi söker efter en systemförvaltare/applikationsförvaltare till ett långsiktigt uppdrag hos en etablerad organisation med samhällsviktiga system. Rollen är central i förvaltningsorganisationen och passar dig som trivs med strukturerat arbete, ansvar och att arbeta nära både teknik och verksamhet.

Du kommer att arbeta med förvaltning av ett system där fokus ligger på drift, uppföljning och kvalitet snarare än nyutveckling. Arbetet är operativt och kontinuerligt, med tydliga processer och återkommande arbetsmoment där noggrannhet och stabilitet är avgörande.

Du arbetar nära både Adavo-team, verksamhet och externa parter. Rollen innebär att du tar ansvar för systemets dagliga funktion, hanterar avvikelser och säkerställer att data, processer och flöden fungerar korrekt över tid.

I rollen ingår exempelvis:

  • Arbeta löpande med tester och kvalitetssäkring av masterdata, där du säkerställer att informationen i systemen är korrekt, uppdaterad och håller hög kvalitet
  • Följa upp den dagliga produktionen och analysera avvikelser, samt genomföra mer omfattande månadsvis uppföljning – inklusive visst arbete under helg vid behov
  • Ansvara för att dokumentation och förvaltningsmaterial är uppdaterat, tydligt och speglar systemens aktuella status och arbetssätt
  • Hantera batchkörningar och arbeta med konfiguration i både test- och produktionsmiljöer, där du säkerställer att flöden och processer fungerar som de ska
  • Genomföra mindre anpassningar i kod och konfiguration i samband med tekniskt tvingande uppgraderingar och förändringar i omgivande system
  • Felsöka incidenter och avvikelser i produktion, analysera orsaker och bidra till långsiktiga lösningar för att öka stabilitet och kvalitet
  • Ta fram statistik och rapporter på begäran från verksamheten, som underlag för uppföljning och beslut
  • Arbeta med databaser, inklusive enklare administration samt rättningar av data vid behov
  • Samarbeta med externa parter och myndigheter, exempelvis i samband med revisioner, där du bidrar med underlag och teknisk förståelse

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har erfarenhet av systemförvaltning eller applikationsförvaltning i en produktionsnära miljö
  • Har arbetat med drift, uppföljning och underhåll av affärskritiska system
  • Har erfarenhet av löpande tester och datakvalitet, exempelvis arbete med masterdata
  • Har arbetat med produktionsuppföljning och är van att följa upp systemets dagliga leverans
  • Har erfarenhet av dokumentation och förstår vikten av struktur och spårbarhet
  • Har arbetat med batchhantering och schemalagda körningar
  • Har erfarenhet av konfigurationshantering och underhåll av miljöer
  • Har arbetat med felsökning, incidenthantering och analys i produktion
  • Har erfarenhet av databaser, inklusive enklare administration och rättningar i data
  • Har viss teknisk förståelse, exempelvis erfarenhet av kod, script eller systemnära arbete
  • Har god förståelse för hur system stödjer verksamhetsprocesser
  • Kan kommunicera tydligt med både verksamhet och teknik
  • Är noggrann, strukturerad och trivs med repetitiva men kritiska arbetsuppgifter
  • Är självgående och ansvarstagande, men samtidigt gillar att arbeta i team
  • Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska i tal och skrift

Meriterande om du även har:

  • Bakgrund inom teknik eller systemutveckling
  • Erfarenhet från finans, bank, redovisning eller liknande verksamhet
  • Tidigare erfarenhet av handläggning eller verksamhetsnära roller
  • Erfarenhet av Linux, databaser eller script
