Uppdragsbeskrivning

Vi söker en senior testare med erfarenhet av både testledning och operativ testning till ett omfattande moderniseringsinitiativ inom en större offentlig verksamhet.

Uppdraget bedrivs i en komplex IT-miljö med flera samverkande system, integrationer och externa leverantörer. Konsulten får ett övergripande ansvar för att planera, samordna och följa upp testaktiviteter, samtidigt som rollen innebär praktiskt arbete med testdesign och testgenomförande.

Arbetet omfattar bland annat systemtest, integrationstest och end-to-end-test. En viktig del av rollen är även att kvalitetssäkra krav och lösningar, identifiera risker och säkerställa tillräcklig testtäckning inför leveranser och driftsättningar.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter

  • Planera, leda och följa upp testaktiviteter över flera team och leverantörer.
  • Ta fram testfall och testscenarier utifrån krav, användningsfall och processflöden.
  • Genomföra systemtester, integrationstester och end-to-end-tester.
  • Säkerställa tillgång till relevanta testmiljöer, testdata och testverktyg.
  • Granska krav och lösningsbeskrivningar ur test- och kvalitetsperspektiv samt identifiera kvalitetsrisker.
  • Dokumentera och följa upp testresultat, avvikelser, omtester och genomförda rättningar.
  • Samverka med verksamhet, utveckling och externa leverantörer samt ge stöd och vägledning inom testmetodik.

Skall-krav

  • Flera års erfarenhet av systemtestning, integrationstestning eller end-to-end-testning.
  • Erfarenhet från minst 2 uppdrag med ansvar för planering, samordning och uppföljning av testaktiviteter för flera testare, kombinerat med eget arbete inom testdesign och testgenomförande.
  • Flera års erfarenhet av testhanteringsverktyg såsom Xray i Jira eller motsvarande.
  • Erfarenhet av att planera, leda och utföra testarbete i distribuerade IT-miljöer med flera samverkande system, integrationer och tjänster, exempelvis mikrotjänstarkitektur.
  • Erfarenhet av operativt testarbete i CI/CD-miljöer där testning integrerats i automatiserade bygg-, release- och driftsättningsprocesser.
  • Erfarenhet från minst 1 uppdrag där du haft en aktiv roll i att införa eller etablera testautomatisering, inklusive val av arbetssätt, verktyg eller ramverk.

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet inom reseplanering, trafikdata, mobilitet eller realtidsbaserade flöden.
  • Erfarenhet av att leda och genomföra migreringstester i olika uppdrag.
  • Minst 1 testrelaterad certifiering motsvarande ISTQB Advanced/Test Manager eller högre.
