Uppdragsbeskrivning

En större offentlig verksamhet söker en senior testledare/testare till ett omfattande digitaliserings- och införandeprojekt inom området säker tillträdeshantering. Uppdraget är en del av ett större initiativ där ett befintligt system för hantering av behörigheter och access till anläggningar och fordon ersätts med en ny lösning.

Projektet befinner sig i genomförandefasen och är komplext med många intressenter från både verksamhet och IT. Flera system och funktioner samverkar, vilket innebär ett stort fokus på koordinering, kvalitetssäkring och strukturerad testledning.

I rollen ansvarar du för att planera, strukturera och genomföra tester i projektet. Arbetet innefattar både strategisk testledning och operativ testning. Du kommer att arbeta nära projektledning, arkitekter, verksamhetsspecialister och tekniska resurser samt samarbeta med externa leverantörer.

Rollen kräver en person som är självgående, strukturerad och van att arbeta i komplexa projektmiljöer där flera system och organisationer samverkar.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Ta fram teststrategi, testplaner och testfall för projektet
  • Planera, koordinera och genomföra olika typer av tester
  • Säkerställa kvalitet i leveranser från externa leverantörer
  • Identifiera testbehov utifrån krav och teknisk dokumentation
  • Rapportera testresultat, risker och status till projektledning
  • Samarbeta med verksamhetsrepresentanter, utvecklingsteam och leverantörer

Vi söker både anställda konsulter och underkonsulter.

Skall-krav

  • Minst 10 års erfarenhet av testarbete inom IT-projekt
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av testledning i större och komplexa projekt
  • Erfarenhet av att ta fram teststrategier, testplaner och testfall
  • Erfarenhet av att planera och genomföra tester i systeminföranden eller integrationsprojekt
  • Erfarenhet av leverantörsstyrning och kvalitetssäkring av externa leveranser
  • Erfarenhet av arbete i projektmiljöer med flera intressenter och systemberoenden

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av arbete i offentlig sektor eller organisationer med upphandlade system
  • Erfarenhet av testarbete i projekt med säkerhets- eller behörighetssystem
  • Erfarenhet av arbete i stora transformations- eller införandeprojekt
  • Certifiering inom test, exempelvis ISTQB
