The posting

Vi söker en erfaren Service Manager med fokus på Digital Workplace till en större organisation i förändring. Rollen fungerar som länken mellan verksamhet och IT och ansvarar för att skapa tydlighet, förtroende och samsyn kring behov, prioriteringar och tjänster.

Uppdraget omfattar stakeholder management, service governance, SLA-hantering, eskaleringar och finansiell transparens. Konsulten säkerställer att verksamhetens behov fångas upp och omsätts till tydlig efterfrågan inom en produktbaserad IT-organisation.

I rollen blir du en central kontaktpunkt mellan verksamhet och IT, med ansvar för att bygga starka relationer med relevanta intressenter. Du fångar upp och tydliggör verksamhetens behov, prioriteringar och förväntningar, och säkerställer att dessa hanteras på ett strukturerat sätt kopplat till IT-tjänsterna.

Du driver dialogen kring service agreements, governance och SLA:er, samtidigt som du hanterar eskaleringar och ser till att frågor förs vidare mot lösning. En viktig del av uppdraget är också att identifiera återkommande utmaningar och förbättringsområden samt skapa tydlighet kring IT-kostnader, konsumtion och fakturering.

Skall-krav

  • Minst 2 års relevant yrkeserfarenhet
  • Erfarenhet av IT service management och stakeholder management
  • Erfarenhet av relationer med seniora verksamhetsintressenter
  • Förståelse för demand management, prioritering och förväntanshantering
  • Erfarenhet av service governance, service agreements och SLA-hantering
  • Förmåga att kommunicera komplexa IT-frågor på ett tydligt sätt
  • Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga på engelska
  • Relevant högskoleutbildning eller motsvarande erfarenhet

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet från större eller globala IT-organisationer
  • Erfarenhet av Digital Workplace eller end-user technology services
  • Erfarenhet av produktbaserade leveransorganisationer
  • Kunskap om IT-governance och portföljstyrning
  • Erfarenhet från multinationella organisationer
  • Erfarenhet av serviceavtal och operativa tjänsteavtal
  • Erfarenhet av förändrings- eller transformationsarbete
