Uppdragsbeskrivning

Vi söker erfaren Tech Lead/lösningsarkitekt till ett samhällskritiskt IT-område med fokus på trygghet, säkerhet och realtidsnära informationsflöden. Uppdraget innebär ett övergripande tekniskt ansvar för ett produktområde som stödjer operativa användare i deras dagliga arbete.

Miljön präglas av egenutvecklade system, on-prem-drift och hög tillgänglighet. Teknikstacken är huvudsakligen Microsoftbaserad med moderna backend-lösningar samt kompletterande webbtekniker. Arbetssättet är agilt med tydlig DevOps-inriktning.

Rollen kombinerar tekniskt ledarskap, arkitektoniskt ansvar och praktiskt utvecklingsarbete i nära samarbete med utvecklare, UX-specialister och andra seniora tekniska roller.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Leda och samordna det tekniska arbetet inom ett definierat produktområde
  • Säkerställa att lösningar utvecklas i linje med målarkitektur och teknisk riktning
  • Fungera som teknisk rådgivare inom arkitektur, utveckling och förvaltning
  • Delta i utveckling, kodgranskning och tekniska designbeslut
  • Stödja teamet i DevOps-arbetssätt och kontinuerliga förbättringar

Vi söker både anställda konsulter och underkonsulter.

Skall-krav

  • Flerårig erfarenhet av arbete som systemutvecklare inom .NET plattformen (.NET CORE och/eller .NET 5 eller senare)
  • Erfarenhet av att programmera i minst tre vanliga programmeringsspråk, exempelvis C#, Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Go, Python, C++ eller motsvarande.
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att vara drivande i eller ansvara för val och tillämpning av testautomationsramverk och gemensamma teststandarder i ett utvecklingsteam.
  • Minst tre års erfarenhet av arbete med lösningsarkitektur och systemdesign.
  • Minst tre års erfarenhet av design, utveckling av, och implementation av API:er.
  • Arbetslivserfarenhet av databasdesign, implementation och felsökning i relationsdatabaser, exempelvis MS SQL, PostgreSQL eller MariaDB
  • Flerårig dokumenterad erfarenhet av att arbeta i Tech Lead-roll eller motsvarande, där kandidaten haft ansvar för tekniska vägval, kodkvalitet och teknisk samordning samt leda seniora utvecklare i ett utvecklingsteam.
  • Flerårig års dokumenterad erfarenhet av att ha arbetat med applikationer i on-prem-miljö, där förståelse för servrar, lagring och nätverk varit relevant för lösningens design, driftsättning eller felsökning.

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av av att designa och implementera CI/CD flöden
  • Erfarenhet av programmering i React, Angular, Vue eller liknande
  • Erfarenhet av att designa och implementera Redis eller motsvarande distribuerad cache-lösning i redundanta kluster
  • Erfarenhet av att designa och implementera komplexa lösningar med microservicetänk.
