Uppdragsbeskrivning

Vår kund söker en erfaren Tech Lead till ett plattformsteam inom data och analys. Uppdraget innebär att leda det tekniska arbetet kring etablering, vidareutveckling och förvaltning av en modern molnbaserad analysplattform med fokus på Microsoft Fabric.

Rollen kombinerar tekniskt ledarskap, arkitektur, styrning och praktiskt genomförande. Konsulten kommer att stötta utvecklingsteam, driva tekniska vägval och bidra till att plattformen blir säker, skalbar, kostnadseffektiv och lätt att vidareutveckla.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Leda tekniska initiativ, arkitekturval och gemensamma arbetssätt för plattformsteamet
  • Etablera struktur för workspaces, åtkomst, kapacitet, nätverk och livscykelhantering
  • Utveckla och förbättra CI/CD, releaseflöden, teststrategier och DataOps-arbetssätt
  • Driva tekniska utredningar, proof-of-concepts och dokumentera rekommenderade lösningar
  • Sätta standarder för datamönster, modellering, kvalitet, namnsättning och spårbarhet
  • Stötta migrering från tidigare analysplattform till Microsoft Fabric

Skall-krav

  • Minst 3 års erfarenhet som Tech Lead, utvecklingsledare eller motsvarande inom organisationsövergripande data- och analysplattformar
  • Minst 3 års erfarenhet av utveckling av dataflöden, datamodeller eller analyslösningar i Microsoft Fabric och/eller Azure Synapse
  • Minst 5 års erfarenhet av data­integrationer i molnbaserade analysplattformar
  • Minst 2 års erfarenhet av arkitekturarbete kopplat till Microsoft Fabric och/eller Azure Synapse
  • Minst 3 års erfarenhet av utveckling i Apache Spark Notebooks
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av tekniskt mentorskap, kodgranskning och stöd till juniora utvecklare

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av semantisk modellering i Power BI eller Azure Analysis Services
  • Erfarenhet av Data Lakehouse-arkitektur och migrering från Synapse till Fabric
  • Erfarenhet av kostnadsoptimering, prestandaoptimering och kapacitetsstyrning i Microsoft Fabric
  • Erfarenhet av CI/CD, DataOps, testautomatisering, observability och IaC, exempelvis Terraform
