Uppdragsbeskrivning

Vi söker en teknisk produktägare till en större offentlig verksamhet. Uppdraget är placerat i ett agilt team som ansvarar för gemensamma grundtjänster, lösningar och komponenter som används i både automatiserade och manuella processer samt för dokumenthantering.

Som produktägare företräder du verksamhetens behov i teamet och säkerställer att utvecklingen skapar konkret värde för slutanvändarna. Du arbetar nära produktledning, arkitekter och andra produktägare för att omsätta strategiska mål till en tydligt prioriterad och välstrukturerad backlog. Rollen innebär även deltagande i forum kopplade till programstyrning, vision och kontinuerlig förfining av krav.

Arbetet bedrivs enligt agila principer med fokus på löpande prioritering, täta leveranser och ett gemensamt ansvar för både utveckling och förvaltning.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Ansvara för att etablera, strukturera och prioritera teamets backlog
  • Säkerställa att krav och lösningar är förankrade i verksamhetens målbild
  • Delta i planering, refinements och programövergripande forum
  • Samverka med arkitekter och produktledning kring prioriteringar och vägval
  • Följa upp leveranser och säkerställa kontinuerlig förbättring

Skall-krav

  • Flera års erfarenhet i rollen som produktägare
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av coachande ledarskap i agila eller teambaserade miljöer
  • Relevant akademisk examen
  • Mycket god förmåga att kommunicera på svenska i tal och skrift
  • Teknisk bakgrund med god förståelse för systemutveckling

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av Jira eller motsvarande verktyg för planering och uppföljning
  • Erfarenhet av Lean, agila metoder och/eller ramverk på programnivå
  • Utbildning inom förändringsledning
  • Tidigare arbete inom offentlig verksamhet
