Uppdragsbeskrivning

Vi söker en senior testautomatiserare med stark bakgrund inom mjukvaruutveckling som kan ta ett tekniskt ansvar för att etablera, förbättra och förvalta testautomatisering i en komplex systemmiljö.

Uppdraget omfattar kvalitetssäkring av både befintliga digitala lösningar och nya funktioner, där automatiserade tester behöver täcka flera nivåer, från användargränssnitt och API till integrationer och end-to-end-flöden. En central del av rollen är även att säkerställa att testerna blir en naturlig del av utvecklingsprocessen genom integration i CI/CD.

Miljön består av distribuerade system, flera samverkande komponenter och verksamhetskritiska processer. Därför krävs ett strukturerat och riskbaserat förhållningssätt till kvalitet, testbarhet och automatisering.

Du blir en del av ett tvärfunktionellt utvecklingsteam och arbetar nära tekniskt ansvariga, utvecklare, produktägare och verksamheten. Rollen innebär ett aktivt bidrag till långsiktig teststrategi, teknisk kvalitet och effektiva arbetssätt genom hela utvecklingskedjan.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Utveckla och vidareutveckla automatiserade tester för webbgränssnitt, API och integrationer.
  • Bygga och underhålla end-to-end- och regressionstester.
  • Etablera och förvalta testautomationsramverk och tillhörande teststruktur.
  • Integrera automatiserade tester i CI/CD-flöden och bidra till effektiva utvecklingsprocesser.
  • Identifiera risker, förbättra testbarhet och driva kvalitetsfrågor tillsammans med utvecklingsteamet.
  • Samarbeta med tekniska och verksamhetsnära roller kring teststrategi och kvalitetsarbete.

Skall-krav

  • Minst 5 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av testautomation för webb- eller systemapplikationer, inklusive utveckling, underhåll och vidareutveckling av automatiserade tester, samt erfarenhet av moderna testautomationsverktyg som Playwright, Selenium, Cypress eller motsvarande.
  • Minst 2 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av testautomation i teambaserad systemutveckling med versionshantering i Git och arbete enligt moderna utvecklingsmetoder.
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet från minst ett uppdrag där du självständigt har etablerat, vidareutvecklat eller förvaltat ett testautomationsramverk, inklusive programmering i TypeScript, JavaScript och/eller C# samt utveckling av automatiserade testfall enligt etablerade testdesignprinciper.
  • Minst 2 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av att utveckla och underhålla automatiserade end-to-end- och API-tester mot REST-baserade tjänster samt integrera automatiserade tester i CI/CD-pipelines.

Meriterande

  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet från minst ett uppdrag med ansvar för teststrategi, testarkitektur eller tekniskt ledarskap inom testautomation.
  • Minst 1 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av testautomation i komplexa distribuerade eller integrationsintensiva system med flera samverkande tjänster eller komponenter.
  • Minst 1 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av testautomation inom realtidsvideo/streaming, säkerhet med exempelvis OAuth2/OpenID Connect eller last- och prestandatestning.
