Uppdragsbeskrivning

Vi söker en senior testledare som får ett helhetsansvar för teststrategi, testplanering och koordinering av testaktiviteter. Rollen innebär att leda integrations- och end-to-end-tester samt säkerställa att lösningen uppfyller både tekniska och verksamhetsmässiga krav. En central del av uppdraget är att följa upp leverantörens integrationsarbete, särskilt kopplat till meddelandeflöden och uppkoppling mot olika typer av fältenheter.

Du kommer att fungera som sammanhållande länk mellan verksamhet, IT och extern leverantör. Uppdraget bedrivs i projektform parallellt med etablering av en långsiktig förvaltningsorganisation. Testledaren förväntas även bidra till utveckling och mognad av QA-arbetet inom området.

Arbetet sker i en agil miljö där testhantering och uppföljning sker i etablerade testverktyg.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Vidareutveckla och förvalta teststrategi och testplan
  • Leda och samordna systemintegrationstester och E2E-tester
  • Planera och genomföra API- och meddelandebaserad testning
  • Säkerställa korrekt integration mellan styrsystem, informationsflöden och ansluten utrustning
  • Följa upp leverantörens tekniska integrationsarbete
  • Rapportera teststatus, risker och kvalitetsutfall till styrgrupp och intressenter

Skall-krav

  • 10 års erfarenhet i rollen som testledare
  • flera års erfarenhet av systemintegrationstester och End-to-End-tester
  • Flera års erfarenhet av att planera, leda och följa upp testarbete med både verksamhet, IT och externa leverantörer
  • Flera 2 års erfarenhet av att etablera eller vidareutveckla QA-arbete i agila team
  • Flera 1 års erfarenhet av API-testning
  • Flytande svenska i tal och skrift

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av SQL samt analys av data i databaser och loggar
  • Flera års erfarenhet av test och kvalitetssäkring av mjukvarulösningar kopplade till distribuerad hårdvara
  • Erfarenhet av test av eventdrivna system där MQTT använts som protokoll
  • Erfarenhet av testhantering i Jira och Xray
