Vår kund inom offentlig sektor söker en senior UX-designer som ska stödja utveckling och vidareutveckling av myndighetens digitala tjänster och e-tjänster. Konsulten ska säkerställa att tjänsterna utformas utifrån användarnas behov, verksamhetens mål samt höga krav på tillgänglighet, säkerhet och effektiv digital förvaltning.

Konsulten kommer att arbeta genom hela designprocessen, från analys och problemförståelse till koncept, prototyp, validering och införande. Arbetet sker i nära samarbete med verksamheten, utvecklingsteam och andra relevanta intressenter.

Uppdraget kräver en person som självständigt kan driva UX-arbetet i komplexa miljöer med flera målgrupper, regelverk och beroenden.

Obligatoriska krav

Konsulten ska ha:

Minst 5 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av arbete inom UX-design eller interaktionsdesign.

Minst 3 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av utveckling av komplexa digitala tjänster, e-tjänster, självbetjäningslösningar eller verksamhetskritiska webbapplikationer.

Erfarenhet från minst två större uppdrag där konsulten haft en ledande UX-roll och ansvarat för att planera och driva UX-arbetet från behov till färdig lösning.

Erfarenhet av arbete i tvärfunktionella agila utvecklingsteam tillsammans med exempelvis utvecklare, testare, arkitekter och verksamhetsexperter.

Erfarenhet av att arbeta i organisationer med många intressenter, komplexa användarflöden samt höga krav på kvalitet, säkerhet och förvaltning.

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att designa enligt WCAG 2.1 AA eller senare.

Kunskap om krav kopplade till lagen om tillgänglighet till digital offentlig service, DOS-lagen.

Erfarenhet av att omsätta tillgänglighetskrav till praktisk design.

Mycket god kompetens i Figma.

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av workshopledning och behovsinsamling med flera intressenter.

Relevant eftergymnasial utbildning inom UX-design, interaktionsdesign eller motsvarande från universitet, högskola eller yrkeshögskola.

Meriterande krav

Erfarenhet av arbete inom offentlig verksamhet.
