Verksamhetsutvecklare inom förändringsarbete

Vi söker en erfaren verksamhetsutvecklare med stark bakgrund inom förändringsledning kopplat till digitalisering, data och AI. Uppdraget innebär att stötta en större organisation i att skapa förutsättningar för att införa och använda AI på ett strukturerat, hållbart och verksamhetsnära sätt.

Rollen passar dig som är van att driva förändring i komplexa organisationer och som kan omsätta nya arbetssätt, tekniska möjligheter och organisatoriska behov till praktiska initiativ. Du kommer att arbeta nära både verksamhet och teknik, med fokus på AI-readiness, kompetenshöjning, förändringsresor och förankring i organisationen.

En viktig del av uppdraget är att planera och genomföra workshops, utbildningsinsatser och interna initiativ som hjälper organisationen att förstå, ta till sig och använda AI-lösningar i praktiken.

Kravprofil

Vi söker dig som har:

  • Minst 5 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av förändringsledning inom digitalisering, data eller AI
  • Erfarenhet av att införa AI-lösningar i stora och komplexa organisationer under de senaste 2 åren
  • Erfarenhet av att etablera AI-readiness, interna ambassadörsprogram, train-the-trainer-modeller eller liknande initiativ
  • Erfarenhet av att planera, anordna och moderera workshops och utbildningsinsatser

Meriterande

  • Verksamhetsutveckling i större organisationer
  • Förändringsledning kopplat till nya arbetssätt, teknikskiften eller AI-transformation
  • Kommunikations- och utbildningsinsatser riktade till både ledning, specialister och bredare verksamhet
