Seleccionamos para BrasPine, empresa brasileña líder en transformación de la madera, que se encuentra construyendo su nueva planta industrial en Rivera. Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Ingeniero/a de Automatización para incorporarse al Área Técnica, con una fuerte presencia en obra y fábrica. La posición será responsable de diseñar, desarrollar e implementar sistemas de automatización industrial, asegurando la conectividad entre equipos, líneas de producción y servicios auxiliares. Trabajará en la integración de tecnologías de diversos fabricantes para garantizar la eficiencia y la confiabilidad de las operaciones industriales. Principales responsabilidades: Diseñar y desarrollar sistemas de automatización industrial, y configurar sistemas de automatización (PLC, redes industriales y sistemas de supervisión). Elaborar diagramas eléctricos, diagramas de flujo y especificaciones técnicas, garantizando el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad, confiabilidad y calidad. Integrar equipos de automatización de diversos proveedores, así como instalar y configurar redes de comunicación entre máquinas, controladores, sensores y actuadores. Programar Controladores Lógicos Programables (PLC), variadores de frecuencia, servodrives y otros dispositivos de control (p. ej., Siemens, Allen-Bradley y Schneider). Validar la lógica de control y las simulaciones previas a la puesta en marcha. Participar en comisionamientos, pruebas de aceptación y puesta en marcha de sistemas en campo. Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de sistemas de automatización, además de mediciones, pruebas y calibraciones de equipos eléctricos. Analizar los procesos existentes e identificar oportunidades de automatización para eliminar tareas manuales y aumentar la productividad. Proponer mejoras continuas para aumentar el desempeño, la eficiencia energética y la confiabilidad de los sistemas automatizados. Documentar la arquitectura de automatización y garantizar la trazabilidad del software. Requisitos Título universitario en Ingeniería de Automatización, Ingeniería Eléctrica o Ingeniería de Control. Conocimientos avanzados de programación de PLC y sistemas de supervisión (SCADA/HMI). Familiaridad con redes y protocolos de comunicación industrial. Experiencia con instrumentación, sensores y actuadores. Conocimientos de normas de seguridad industrial. Experiencia mínima de 5 años en automatización de plantas industriales. Español e inglés técnico avanzados. Conocimientos de Siemens, Rockwell o equivalente.
