Seleccionamos para HSI Investments un/a Analista de Tesorería. La persona seleccionada tendrá como principal desafío garantizar una gestión eficiente de la tesorería de las distintas compañías del grupo, asegurando una adecuada administración de los fondos, la liquidez y las operaciones financieras. Tendrá un rol clave en la planificación y ejecución de pagos locales e internacionales, así como en el seguimiento y análisis de los flujos de caja, trabajando con distintas plataformas bancarias y gestionando múltiples operaciones de manera simultánea. Entre sus principales responsabilidades se encuentran el control diario de caja, la elaboración y actualización de reportes de cash flow, la proyección de necesidades de liquidez y la priorización de pagos en función de los vencimientos y la disponibilidad de fondos. Asimismo, realizará conciliaciones bancarias, identificará partidas pendientes de regularización y gestionará el seguimiento de cobranzas y movimientos financieros. También participará en el análisis de productos y condiciones bancarias, así como en proyectos de mejora y automatización de procesos, contribuyendo a la eficiencia y optimización de las operaciones financieras. La posición requiere disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a viernes de 9 a 18 horas, en modalidad híbrida, con asistencia a las oficinas ubicadas en WTC Montevideo. Requirements Se requiere ser egresado/a de las carreras de Administración, Contabilidad, Finanzas, Economía o afines (excluyente). Será necesario contar con experiencia previa de al menos dos años en tesorería corporativa, gestión de caja o áreas financieras relacionadas, incluyendo experiencia en pagos internacionales y administración de cash flow de múltiples sociedades o estructuras corporativas. Se requiere contar con dominio avanzado de Microsoft Excel y conocimientos de procesos bancarios, plazos de compensación, liquidación y acreditación de pagos nacionales e internacionales. Se valorará contar con conocimientos de portugués a nivel básico, que permitan mantener una comunicación cotidiana con equipos de habla portuguesa. El manejo de inglés a nivel básico y la experiencia con SAP serán considerados un diferencial. Buscamos personas organizadas, analíticas y autónomas, con capacidad para gestionar múltiples demandas y establecer prioridades, atención al detalle, iniciativa y buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
