AFNOR Editions est le distributeur officiel des normes volontaires en France. Il développe de nombreux outils et services dans le but d’ aider ses clients à accéder, comprendre et décrypter les normes et ainsi faciliter leur mise en œuvre.

Nous recrutons un chargé de clientèle hotline en CDI, vos missions :

  • Accompagner les clients dans le processus de commande sur la boutique en ligne (chat/mail/téléphone)
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs CObaz (Onboarding, traitement des demandes entrantes, rendez-vous en soutien de l'action commerciale, Webinaire)
  • Optimiser la satisfaction des clients en respectant les engagements fixés
  • Traiter les demandes clients et prospects en respectant un objectif de qualité et les réclamations
  • Qualifier les besoins prospects
  • Enrichir les données clients dans le CRM

Profil :

De formation supérieure Bac +2/+3 en relation client , vous avez acquis une première expérience significative au sein d'un service support.

Votre écoute, votre aisance relationnelle et votre adaptabilité vous permettent d’accompagner, de fidéliser le client mais également de travailler en équipe avec différents interlocuteurs internes.

Curieux d’esprit, méthodique, rigoureux, impliqué, force de proposition et motivé vous serez amené à développer vos connaissances et vos compétences sur notre offre de service.

Une aisance avec les outils informatiques et une bonne expression orale et écrite sont demandés.

Informations complémentaires :

La rémunération est de 28 à 33 KEUR brut annuel (13ème mois inclus) en fonction de votre expérience.
