【岗位职责】 1. 参与基础设施部的产品工作，包括需求收集、业务流程梳理、竞品/方案调研、产品文档撰写与维护； 2. 协助维护数据生产平台、模型训练平台、算力纳管平台等产品的用户手册、操作指南、培训材料和版本更新说明； 3. 支持部门月度总结、产品对外宣发材料、新产品 GTM 材料等内容产出，与解决方案、市场或业务团队协作完成产品信息同步； 4. 跟进平台使用情况，协助整理用户反馈、使用数据和问题清单，支持产品经理发现问题并推动优化； 5. 参与跨团队沟通，协助对接算法、研发、测试、交付、解决方案等团队，推动需求从提出到落地； 6. 支持团队日常产品运营、项目管理和其他相关事务。

承担主要目标/关键任务 1. 本科及以上在读，计算机、人工智能、自动化、机器人、工业工程、信息管理、设计、商科等相关专业优先； 2. 对 AI、机器人、具身智能、模型训练、数据平台或云边协同基础设施感兴趣，不要求一开始都懂，但希望愿意快速学习； 3. 具备较好的文字表达能力，能够写清楚产品文档、用户手册、总结材料和调研内容； 4. 具备良好的沟通协作能力，能主动跟进事情，靠谱、有责任心，对复杂信息有耐心； 5. 有一定数据分析意识，熟悉 Excel/飞书表格等工具；会 SQL、Python、数据看板工具者优先； 6. 有产品、项目管理、技术文档、AI/机器人相关项目或实习经历者优先； 7. 每周可实习 4 天及以上，连续实习 6 个月及以上优先。
