模型训练与调优支持： 参与具身智能/自动驾驶相关模型的训练任务，负责训练脚本的编写、调试与执行，协助算法工程师进行超参数调整及Bad Case分析。 数据链路工具开发： 负责数据闭环全链路（采集-清洗-标注-训练）中自动化工具的开发与维护，利用Python/C++提升数据处理ETL的效率与稳定性。 容器化部署与环境构建： 基于Docker/Kubernetes构建和维护标准化的模型训练与推理环境，解决依赖冲突问题，确保训练任务在集群上的高效调度与稳定运行。 评测Pipeline搭建： 开发自动化评测脚本，搭建Evaluation Pipeline，实现模型效果的自动化回归测试与可视化展示。 系统性能优化： 针对数据处理和模型训练过程中的性能瓶颈进行分析与优化（如IO加速、显存优化等），提升整体研发效能。

学历背景： 计算机、自动化、人工智能等相关专业本科及以上学历在读，每周实习4天以上，实习期至少3个月（6个月以上优先）。 开发能力（硬性要求）： 具备扎实的编程基础，熟练掌握 Python 或 C++，代码风格良好，熟悉常用的数据结构与算法。 熟悉Linux开发环境，熟练使用Git、Shell脚本，具备良好的工程化素养。 模型训练经验（核心加分项）： 有实际的深度学习模型训练经验，熟悉PyTorch/TensorFlow等主流框架。 容器化与部署（核心加分项）： 熟悉容器化技术，理解 Docker 镜像构建原理，有 Kubernetes (K8s) 使用或开发经验者优先。 有GPU服务器管理经验者优先。
