岗位描述 - 数采电磁追踪算法方向，全系产品算法架构设计、核心技术攻关。 - 主导高精度，抗磁性能，IMU融合算法，手部/全身模型约束算法开发。 岗位职责 - 统筹电磁追踪系统整体算法架构，制定中长期技术路线，拆解模块、定义接口，规划算法迭代方向 - 针对超高精度、金属环境、高刷率，开展底层模型优化、非线性误差补偿、多阵列协同解算等关键技术攻关 - 主导 EMF+IMU 融合算法体系，设计融合框架，实现全场景高鲁棒追踪 - 设计全自动标定、在线自校准算法 - 设计基于多传感器融合手部模型标定算法，标定手部骨骼参数，提升关节角与动作映射的真实性； - 开发实时解算算法，解算关节节与动作映射 - 开发EMF与IMU紧耦合算法，实现强磁环境高精角度解算 岗位要求 - 硕士及以上学历；电磁场、应用物理、控制科学与工程、导航、应用数学等专业方向；三年以上工作经验 - 深入掌握电磁学理论、磁偶极子建模、磁场畸变机理，精通各类电磁误差来源与补偿方案 - 精通非线性优化、状态估计、多传感器融合理论，熟练掌握卡尔曼系列滤波、粒子滤波、图优化等算法 - 精通空间几何、姿态表示（四元数、旋转矩阵）、坐标系变换，精通 6DOF 位姿解算全流程 - 熟悉至少一种IK（逆向运动学）求解机理 - 深入理解数字信号处理、自适应噪声抑制、动态轨迹优化技术 - 精通 C/C++、Python，熟练进行算法仿真、工程实现与嵌入式深度优化 - 熟练使用 MATLAB/Simulink 开展算法建模、仿真与验证
