1.产品与方案学习支撑系统学习智元 Genie全栈产品体系），协助资深售前整理产品手册、技术白皮书、行业标准化方案 PPT，输出工业场景落地案例素材。 2.客户 & 伙伴售前现场支撑，技术答疑、实地调研、技术宣讲、伙伴赋能； 3.售前文档与项目辅助 协助梳理客户需求清单，撰写简易技术方案、配置清单、投标技术应答文件；整理项目会议纪要、测试报告、反馈台账，沉淀标准化交付流程文档。 4.跨部门协同与信息沉淀联动销售、研发、供应链、运维团队，同步客户产能、元器件、现场部署瓶颈等风险信息；收集竞品、行业自动化需求，输出简易市场分析，反向支撑产品迭代优化。

基础要求 1．本科及以上在读，机器人工程、自动化、机电一体化、计算机、人工智能、智能制造相关专业，2027/2028 届优先； 2．可稳定实习 3 个月及以上，每周出勤 5 天，能配合短期市内 / 周边工厂出差； 3．熟练使用 Office 套件（PPT、Excel、Word），具备基础图文排版、方案撰写能力。

专业能力要求； 4．了解具身机器人基础概念，对具身智能、强化学习、AI 智能体有基础认知优先； 5．逻辑清晰，擅长技术内容通俗化讲解，沟通表达顺畅，具备现场答疑、当众演示的基础能力； 6．动手能力强，愿意接触机器人硬件调试、软件部署操作，能快速上手平台工具链； 7．主动预判问题、抗压性强，细致耐心，具备良好跨部门协作意识。

加分项 1.有机器人竞赛、自动化产线实训、ROS / 机器人仿真项目经验； 2.接触过工业数采、设备运维、项目 POC 落地相关实践； 3.熟悉工业部署、智能制造行业，有售前 / 技术支持相关实习经历； 4.了解机器人培训体系、DOC 产品合规相关知识。
