具备一定的设计能力和良好的审美，能独立完成简单海报、内容排版等设计工作，贴合社交媒体传播需求。 熟练使用PPT、常用图表绘制工具，以及各类AI工具（如ChatGPT、Flux、MidJourney等），能运用工具高效完成内容创作、文档编写与可视化展示；具备良好的文案撰写能力，能精准传递技术信息与生态价值。 具备良好的数据分析能力和沟通协调能力，善于团队协作，能高效对接技术、运营等多部门，推进各项工作落地。

加分项 拥有交叉学科经历，具备设计+科技产品项目经验 有社交媒体运营、活动策划、文案创作相关经验 了解机器学习、深度学习等技术，GitHub、Hugging Face等社区贡献者优先。 对新鲜事物有好奇心，对长线项目及探索过程保持耐心和专注，关键节点能够主动做出判断。
