  • 参与具身智能基础模型研发，覆盖 VLM/VLA/VideoGen 预训练、后训练与强化学习等关键环节，打造可跨不同机器人平台泛化的通用模型。
  • 设计多模态模型结构与训练策略，融合图像/视频/语言/触觉/动作等信息，提升理解、推理与执行能力。
  • 探索具身领域的数据配方与 scaling law，沉淀可复用的训练范式与评测结论。
  • 面向复杂任务与长时序任务，构建训练—评测—迭代闭环，持续提升成功率、稳定性与鲁棒性。
  • 与数据/系统/仿真/硬件团队协作，推进模型训练、验证、部署与迭代落地。
  • 撰写技术文档和学术论文，分享研究成果并在技术社区中展示创新技术。
  • 硕士及以上学历，计算机/机器人/AI 等相关方向。
  • 熟悉大模型训练体系，有预训练或后训练经验，对 LLM/VLM/VLA/VideoGen 有较深理解。
  • 具备强化学习相关经验（PPO/SAC 等），有 Online RL / Offline RL类训练实践经验者优先。。
  • 熟悉或跟进过主流 VLA 路线（如 π系列等），有复现/改进经验更佳。
  • 熟练 PyTorch，有大规模分布式训练经验优先。
  • 顶会论文或同等研究/工程成果优先（CVPR/NeurIPS/ICLR/RSS/ICRA/CoRL/IROS 等）
