协助处理海外员工入职、转岗、调动、离职等人事手续，包括资料收集、信息登记、流程跟进及文件归档等； 协助维护海外员工人事信息及相关台账，支持HR系统中的信息录入、更新和数据核对； 协助跟进海外员工签证、工作许可等事项，与员工、HRBP及外部供应商保持沟通，及时更新办理进度； 协助对接海外EOR、HRO、签证及其他人力资源服务供应商，跟进日常服务事项和待办； 协助整理海外员工考勤、假期及其他人事变动信息，为薪酬核算及日常管理提供支持； 协助整理和优化海外SSC相关操作流程、模板、指引及基础制度文件； 完成海外SSC团队安排的其他日常支持工作。

本科或研究生在读，人力资源、工商管理、英语、国际商务等相关专业优先； 具备良好的英语读写能力，能够处理基础英文邮件、合同及人事资料； 熟练使用Excel、Word等办公软件，具备一定的数据整理和表格处理能力； 做事细致、认真负责，具备较强的执行力、信息保密意识和流程意识； 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够同时跟进多项事务并及时反馈进度； 对海外人力资源、员工关系、全球用工或SSC工作感兴趣，有相关实习经历者优先； 每周至少出勤3天，能够全勤或稳定长期实习者优先。 实习收获 参与多国家、不同雇佣模式下的海外员工全生命周期管理； 了解海外EOR、HRO、签证及供应商管理等实际业务场景； 学习海外SSC流程搭建、系统管理和跨部门协作方法； 获得海外人力资源运营及员工关系相关实操经验。
