我们是谁？ 具身中心研究团队，做具身智能大模型方向。 现在招 INFRA 成员，不是纯运维，也不是纯后端，而是直接支撑研究人员高效、正确迭代模型的那个人。

你要做的事很核心： 1️⃣ 多模态数据产线研发 + 数据纳管 2️⃣ 内部多个评测系统统一管理 + 评测算法研发 3️⃣ 构建高效的数据、模型、真机评测闭环系统

一句话： 提升模型研发闭环迭代效率。 你的工具链，直接决定研究员跑得快不快、对不对。

我们希望你： ✅ 熟悉常见前后端技术框架，python / c++ / js 为主 ✅ 熟悉大规模数据并发处理和存储方案，了解 ray、mpi、gpfs ✅ 熟悉 Robot 领域常见数据格式：Lerobot / mcap / zarr 等 ✅ 熟悉 Robot 基本理论知识与中间件，FK/IK、ROS 等 ✅ 有良好的 Python 开发环境管理经验，pyenv / pipenv 等 ✅ 了解大模型训练和推理流程，对 GPU 基本理论有了解
