岗位职责 作为具身智能数据业务的项目管理实习生，你将在正式 PM 带教下深度参与机器人真实场景数据采集与交付的全链路项目管理工作，覆盖「需求定义 → 现场采集 → 清洗标注 → 质量评估 → 交付验收 → 反馈迭代」完整闭环。具体包括： 数据交付链路项目支撑： 协助进行需求管理与文档沉淀、版本迭代记录、开发进度追踪、测试与问题修复闭环跟进，以及用户反馈收集与在线技术答疑的日常运营。 数据供应链协同： 协助对接内外部数据采购需求，跟进供应商在机器人实采数据上的交付质量与验收记录，参与外采数据验收标准的落地执行，协助标注资源的排期协调。 跨团队协同落地： 与营销服团队、数据运营团队对接，将上游对数据的具体要求整理为可执行的数据交付方案，并跟进需求的落地。 交付风险管理支持： 协助识别实地采集中的不确定性、风险，维护风险清单并跟进应对措施的落地闭环。 岗位要求 本科及以上在读，计算机、自动化、机器人、车辆工程或相关专业； 每周可实习 4 天及以上、连续实习 3 个月以上（6 个月及以上者优先）； 具备良好的结构化思维与文档能力，熟练使用飞书、Excel、Notion 等项目协作工具； 沟通协调能力强，做事有始有终，能主动跟进多方进度、推动问题闭环； 对具身智能与机器人方向有真实热情，学习能力强，面对模糊复杂问题愿意主动寻找方案而非等待答案。 加分项 有自动驾驶、具身智能或机器人相关项目、科研或实习经历（数据采集、标注、数据平台、测试等方向）； 有校园项目、学生组织、科研课题组的项目管理或跨团队协调经验。
