文化活动平面设计实习生 职位描述 1.平面设计：完成公司行政文化相关的日常设计工作，包括但不限于宣传海报、通知公告、活动物料、办公物料、文化品牌设计与修改，确保符合机器人科技公司的视觉规范。 2.视频剪辑：策划活动定向短视频，完成脚本、拍摄、剪辑、特效包装全流程制作。，最好会拍摄。 职位要求 1.本科及以上在读，设计 / 新媒体等相关专业（投递需带作品集）。 2.熟练使用 PR / 剪映、PS/AI/Figma，能独立完成短视频剪辑。 3.对 AI、机器人行业感兴趣，能捕捉热点转化为视觉创意。 4.每周到岗 2 天，实习期≥3 个月，可立即入职、有科技类创作经验优先。

加分项： - 能使用AIGC工具辅助设计（如Midjourney生成视频素材、Runway制作特效）； - 有技术类短视频运营经验（如B站科技区、知乎技术向账号）； - 了解UX设计基础或掌握三维建模工具（如Blender）
