数据看板搭建与可视化：深入理解业务需求，负责业务数据看板的规划、设计与搭建。运用主流BI工具，将复杂数据转化为直观、易读的可视化图表，为管理层及业务团队提供清晰的数据决策支持，并持续跟踪看板的使用反馈进行迭代优化。 数据提取与SQL开发：熟练运用SQL进行海量数据的提取、清洗与加工。能够独立承接日常及专项数据分析需求，高效完成复杂查询与数据校验，确保数据输出的准确性与时效性，支撑业务运营与策略复盘。 数据集构建与指标体系梳理：参与公司核心数据资产的建设，负责基础数据集的整理、加工与交付。协助团队进行指标体系的梳理与规范化，明确核心指标的业务定义、计算口径与统计逻辑，推动数据口径的统一，提升跨部门数据协作效率。 数据需求支持与协作：作为数据与业务的桥梁，主动对接产品、运营等团队，挖掘数据背后的业务价值。协助完成数据埋点方案的评审与验收，确保数据采集的完整性，并为业务增长、产品迭代提供可靠的数据洞察与建议。

学历与专业：2027届及以上本科或硕士在读，计算机科学、数据科学、统计学、数学、信息管理等相关专业优先。 核心技术能力： 扎实的SQL功底，能高效编写复杂查询、窗口函数及存储过程。 熟练掌握至少一种BI可视化工具（如Tableau、PowerBI、FineBI等），具备良好的数据审美与图表设计能力。 熟悉Python或Excel进行数据处理与分析，有Pandas/NumPy等库的使用经验者优先。 数据思维与业务理解：具备优秀的数据敏感度与逻辑分析能力，能够将模糊的业务问题转化为清晰的数据分析框架。对机器人、人工智能或硬科技行业有浓厚兴趣，有相关项目或实习经验者优先。 综合素质：具备良好的沟通表达能力与团队协作精神，责任心强，能够主动推动问题解决。 实习时间：每周可全职实习4天及以上，实习期不少于6个月。
