岗位职责： 1）根据SOR的需求，帮摸底关节/机械臂的扭矩、速度、动态响应等要求是否达标； 2）协助排查末端板，电机驱动器/机械臂相关的软硬件问题； 3）协助支持DFMEA分析； 4）具备单板调试能力，对样件完成各部分功能性能测试； 5）了解PMSM控制软件的基本原理，配合电机控制软件工程师完成模组调试； 6）了解整机集成开发流程，配合上位机软件工程师完成模组适配以及验证； 7）了解模组或电机相关认证测试标准及其测试项目，可针对测试项目完成对产品的整改； 8）协同周边工程领域（含结构、散热、工艺、互连、器件、EMC、安规等），保障整体方案落地，并参与指导系统调测验证、疑难问题解决； 9）协助编写文档。

任职要求： 1）（Must）大学本科及以上学历，电气工程、机械、材料、通信、电子、自动化及相关专业； 2）（Must）了解PMSM电机应用特点以及驱动原理； 3）（Must）有量产关节模组或其他一体化的PMSM产品经验； 4）（Must）要求有C/C++代码基础，能编写简单的脚本和调试软件； 5）（Must）沟通能力强，较好的团队合作能力；
