交互智能产品经理实习生

职位概述： 协助团队探索人形机器人在语音、视觉、动作与情感表达等多模态交互场景中的产品方案。你将参与从场景调研、用户洞察到需求梳理、方案验证的全过程，一起实现让机器人可以像人一般的自然交流。

主要职责： 1. 场景与用户调研：协助开展机器人应用场景、目标用户、竞品及行业趋势调研，沉淀调研报告与关键洞察。 2. 用户旅程分析：梳理用户在与机器人互动前、中、后的完整流程，识别关键触点、痛点、情绪变化与体验机会，撰写用户故事。 3. 需求分析与方案设计支持：协助收集、分类用户需求，参与语音、视觉、动作、表情等交互体验的设计讨论和基础产品文档撰写。 4. 产品测试与验证：协助组织用户访谈、可用性测试或内部体验测试，整理反馈并跟进问题闭环。

任职要求 1. 本科或研究生在读，产品设计、交互设计、心理学、计算机、机器人、人工智能等相关专业优先。 2. 对机器人、AI、多模态交互有浓厚兴趣，有相关项目经历者优先。 3. 擅长场景拆解、产品分析、用户调研、文档输出，学习能力强，逻辑清晰，细心严谨，具备良好的沟通能力。 4. 每周到岗3-5天，实习周期3个月及以上者优先。
