1、协助策划并全流程执行线上活动（以 Webinar 为主，包括直播、圆桌、产品发布会等）； 2、撰写活动宣传文案，制作基础视觉物料（如海报、Banner、社交媒体图），或与设计团队高效协作； 3、管理报名渠道（如问卷星、飞书表单等），配置活动落地页，优化线索转化率； 4、负责 Webinar 平台（Zoom/腾讯会议/飞书等）的会前测试、主持串场、互动控场及录播处理； 5、活动后及时清洗、打标、分配销售线索（Leads），并协助完成 ROI 分析与复盘报告； 6、跟踪用户行为数据（如打开率、出席率、停留时长、CTA 点击等），提出优化建议。

我们希望你： 1、在校本科生或研究生，市场营销、传播、商科、数字媒体等相关专业优先； 2、对线上用户运营、内容营销或增长策略有浓厚兴趣；对机器人行业感兴趣 3、具备基础设计能力（会用 Canva/Figma/稿定设计等工具即可），能独立产出简单宣传素材； 4、熟悉主流 Webinar 工具或 CRM/MA 系统（如 HubSpot、Marketo、企业微信、纷享销客等）是加分项； 5、细致、主动、执行力强，能同时推进多个小项目； 6、有线上活动、社群运营、新媒体或市场实习经验者优先； 7、英语读写流畅者优先（如涉及国际嘉宾或英文材料）。
