1. 海外线索运营：负责海外业务邮件的日常接收、梳理、汇总与归档，收集海外客户咨询、合作诉求，完成各类线索的筛选、分类，为业务跟进提供有效支撑。 2. 招商活动支持：协助公司各类线上线下招商会、行业推广活动的前期筹备、中期落地及后期复盘工作，负责招商线索收集、整理、跟进汇总，同步活动数据与客户反馈，保障招商活动高效推进。 3. 内容物料产出：独立完成基础PPT制作、优化与打磨，适配招商宣讲、产品介绍、活动汇报、市场复盘等各类场景；具备扎实文案能力，可独立撰写简单宣传文案、活动推文、招商话术、市场稿件等内容。 4. 视觉视频辅助（加分项）：可独立完成简单平面设计、图片排版优化、短视频剪辑、素材包装等工作，辅助市场宣传物料、新媒体内容的落地输出，丰富品牌对外展示形式。 5. 市场日常统筹：主动跟进多项市场小项目、日常运营事务，同步工作进度、整理工作数据，配合团队完成内容营销、用户运营、品牌推广等相关辅助工作，落地团队交办的各类市场相关任务。

1. 本科及以上在校学生（本科生、研究生均可），市场营销、新闻传播、商科、数字媒体、广告学等相关专业优先。 2. 对内容营销、线上用户运营、市场增长、招商推广有浓厚兴趣，愿意深耕市场领域，了解、关注机器人行业，对科技、智能设备赛道有基本认知和热情。 3. 具备扎实的文案写作功底和PPT制作能力，逻辑清晰、审美良好，能够独立完成宣传物料、汇报材料、基础文案的撰写与优化。 4. 工作认真细致、责任心强，主动积极、执行力突出，具备优秀的多任务处理能力，可同时高效推进多项零散部门工作。 5. 有新媒体运营、社群运营、线上活动策划、市场品牌相关实习经验、校园宣传工作经验者优先考虑。 6. 英语读写流畅，能够熟练阅读、回复英文邮件，可适配海外客户对接、海外市场物料梳理工作者优先。 7. 加分技能：熟练使用PS、Canva等设计工具，熟练掌握剪映、PR等剪辑工具，可独立完成简单设计、剪辑工作。
