职位描述 面向人形机器人及具身智能机器人的工业落地场景，参与从方案适配、现场调试到稳定交付的完整过程，推动机器人能力在实际客户场景中完成从 1 到 100 的落地。 岗位职责 场景方案适配：参与工业客户现场调研，理解实际作业流程与需求，协助完成机器人应用方案设计与适配。 系统集成与调试：参与机器人、感知、末端执行器及相关软件系统的集成、配置与现场调试。 现场交付支持：参与客户现场部署与问题排查，协助定位和解决机器人运行过程中的软件、系统及应用问题。 问题闭环与优化：整理现场问题与测试结果，推动方案、功能及流程持续优化，提升机器人在实际场景中的稳定性和交付效率。 技术协作：与算法、软件、产品及机器人相关团队协作，推动工业场景需求向可执行的系统方案转化。 职位要求 机器人、自动化、计算机、机械电子、人工智能等相关专业。 有一定的软件开发或系统调试经验，具备 Python、C++ 等至少一种编程语言的实际使用经验。 对机器人系统有基础理解，了解机器人控制、视觉感知、ROS/ROS2、SDK等相关技术中的部分内容。 具备较强的问题分析和排查能力，能够根据现场现象定位问题并协助解决。 能接受前往客户现场进行部署、调试及交付支持。 实习时间3个月以上，每周可实习4-5天。 加分项 有机器人实际项目开发、系统集成或现场调试经验。 使用过人形机器人、机械臂或其他机器人SDK进行开发。 有ROS/ROS2、机器人视觉、运动控制、强化学习等相关项目经验。 参与过RoboMaster、机器人竞赛或具身智能相关项目。
