一、岗位定位 聚焦灵巧手具身智能的完整算法链路，参与数据构建、模型训练、强化学习与智能体决策等核心模块；依托真实灵巧手平台，完成从模型训练到落地部署的闭环实践。 二、岗位职责 - 数据基础设施：参与灵巧手数据的采，训，测，推流水线建设。 - 模型研发与测试：探索多模态模型训练与评估模型性能。 - 落地部署与性能提升：开发端侧部署方案，长时间运行与提升任务成功率。 - 智能体与任务规划：研究Agentic Model的作用和性能边界；探索以大语言模型为核心的机器人任务规划方法。 - 评测与迭代：协助构建评测基准与实验流程，探索模型优化和性能提升方案。 三、职位要求 - 硕士或博士在读，计算机、人工智能、机器人、控制工程等相关专业。 - 熟悉 Python，了解 PyTorch 等深度学习框架，有实际训练或部署经验。 - 在以下至少一个方向有项目经历或研究基础： 深度学习模型训练（预训练、后训练、多模态学习等） VLA/WAM 等具身智能大模型或多模态基础模型训练和应用 Dagger或强化学习训练 四、加分项 有柔性物体操作经验 有灵巧手、多指操作或接触丰富任务的研究经验 有大规模分布式训练实践（DDP/FSDP/DeepSpeed 等） 有 ROS/ROS2 使用经验 在机器人或机器学习顶级学术会议发表过论文 熟练使用 AI coding 工具辅助研发 五、实习收获 参与前沿灵巧手具身智能全栈研发，接触真实灵巧手平台与从仿真到真机的完整链路。 与资深算法工程师/研究员合作，获得模型训练、强化学习、Agent 系统与真机部署的实战经验。 充足 GPU 资源与开放研究氛围，支持优秀成果发表与开源。 提供有竞争力的实习补贴，表现优秀者有机会转正。
