岗位职责： 我们提供实战机会和创新环境，接触最前沿的人形机器人技术，和众多技术大牛一起工作。 1）产品需求分析：协助产品经理完成用户调研、客户对接，整理产品需求文档（PRD）。 2）跨部门协作：参与开发团队需求评审和方案评审。 3）市场数据挖掘：收集全球人形机器人产业&科研新闻，输出技术趋势简报。 4）产品管理：负责初级的产品需求，推进产品优化。

机器人、自动化、计算机、工业设计等相关专业，QS100/Top985优先。 有初步的软件开发经验，了解Python/C++，会用Axure、Figma等原型/UI软件。 了解机械设计工具（如SolidWorks），对机器人关节驱动（如减速器、电机等）有基础认知。 加分项：参与过RoboMaster、挑战杯、互联网+等赛事，参与过VLA相关项目，发表过机器人相关论文，了解机器人操作系统（ROS/ROS2），使用过人形机器人SDK开发，了解VR、动捕等硬件。
