一、职位概述 加入业务部主线产品与海外定制项目的“中枢团队”，你将作为项目经理助理，深度参与从需求澄清到量产交付的全流程。工作横跨软件、硬件、海外客户三条线，既能看到产品从0到1的诞生，也能体验跨文化、跨时区的协同作战。实习结束可获得完整项目案例。

二、主要职责

项目计划：协助PM拆解PRD→制定WBS→排定迭代与里程碑，跟进Jira/甘特图更新。 沟通枢纽： • 国内——组织软件、硬件、测试、供应链日/周例会，记录Action并追踪闭环； • 海外——以邮件+视频会议对接海外客户，同步需求变更、Demo时间与交付风险。 风险管理：识别技术&交付风险，维护风险看板，推动Owner制定对策。 交付物管理：统筹版本Tag、BOM、测试报告、文档交付物，确保飞书、Confluence归档正确。 数据驱动：定期汇总缺陷率、Burn-down等核心指标，输出可视化报告进行项目状态汇报。 现场支持：必要时跟线到工厂或客户现场，协助调试、FAT与验收。

必备： • 本科及以上，计算机/电子/自动化/机械等相关专业； • 熟悉软件（敏捷迭代）与硬件（EVT/DVT/PVT）开发流程，能快速读懂原理图、API文档； • 沟通能力强，逻辑清晰，PPT & Excel熟练； • 英语CET-6≥520或同等水平，可进行日常会议与邮件往来。

加分： • 有Jira/Confluence等项目管理工具实操经验； • 了解敏捷、看板、风险管理基础； • 具备跨部门或跨文化协作经历（竞赛、社团、海外交流均可）。
