1. 本科及以上在读（2026年及以后毕业），新闻传播、英语、计算机等相关专业优先。 2. 具备优秀的文案写作能力。既能撰写符合欧美阅读习惯的英文内容，也能驾驭国内技术圈的科普风格，准确理解并转述复杂的 AI/Robotics 概念。 3. 对AI、机器人、大模型等前沿科技有浓厚兴趣，熟悉 GitHu8b、Hugging Face 等开发者平台，能够敏锐捕捉技术圈热点。 4. 熟练使用 AI 工具提升工作效率；具备基础的图片设计能力或视频剪辑能力者优先。 5. 具备良好的逻辑思维能力与自驱力，工作细致严谨，能够适应快节奏的研究团队氛围。 6. 每周工作不少于 3天，实习期 3个月以上（可长期实习者优先）。
