岗位职责 内容策划与生产 围绕开发者活动、技术课堂、产品上线、案例共创、用户故事等主题，策划并产出具备强传播力与高转化效率的内容，形式覆盖公众号图文、短视频、二创内容、热点话题、活动传播物料等。 负责公众号内容的选题策划、标题优化、结构设计、视觉排版与数据复盘，持续提升阅读量、转发率与关注转化率；同步推进视频号、抖音、小红书、B站等平台的短视频策划、剪辑制作、发布运营与效果追踪。 挖掘社区中的开发者故事、产品亮点、技术应用场景及用户反馈，将其包装为具备传播潜力的核心内容资产。

传播策略与执行 用更有网感、更具创意的表达方式，将机器人的前沿技术能力翻译为大众能理解、愿意看、乐于分享的社媒语言；关注各平台内容趋势与热点玩法，快速响应并产出传播创意。 参与社区品牌内容体系建设，沉淀内容模板、传播话术、运营 SOP 及爆款方法论，形成可复用的内容生产机制。

协同与赋能 与产品、技术、社区运营及活动团队紧密协作，将机器人技术、开发者生态与社区事件系统性地包装为用户乐于互动、主动传播的内容。 善用 AI 工具赋能内容生产全链路——从选题、脚本、写作、配图、剪辑到分发，持续探索效率提升与创意突破。

教育背景：2027年及以后毕业，本科及以上学历在读，专业不限。 实习时长与地点：能保证 6 个月以上实习周期，base 北京或上海任选。

核心能力 图文方向：熟悉公众号内容运营全流程，熟练使用秀米、壹伴等排版工具；文字功底扎实，能独立完成选题、撰写、编辑、排版、发布与数据复盘。 视频方向：具备短视频内容策划、拍摄与剪辑制作能力，熟练使用剪映，掌握 Final Cut Pro、Premiere、AE 等专业软件者优先。 设计能力：具备基础视觉审美与内容包装能力，熟练使用 Figma、Canva、Photoshop 等设计工具。 网感与创意：5G 冲浪选手，对抖音、视频号、小红书、B站、微博等平台的内容风格、用户语言与热点玩法有敏锐感知，能将技术信息转化为轻量化、强共鸣的表达。 技术理解力：对 AI、机器人、科技产品、开发者生态有浓厚兴趣，能快速理解复杂技术信息并完成内容转译，愿意做“硬核技术”与“大众传播”之间的翻译官。 AI 工具应用：AI 重度使用者优先，能熟练利用 AI 工具辅助创意策划、脚本撰写、内容生成、设计剪辑、标题优化与分发策略，显著提升内容生产效率与质量。

加分项 写过 1 万+ 阅读量公众号爆文，或有爆款短视频、二创内容、热点传播案例者优先。 独立经营过公众号、小红书、B站、视频号、抖音等自媒体账号，有账号运营经验者优先。 具备英文技术内容编译能力者优先。
