1. 场景调研与需求洞察：实地体验部署场景，观察真实用户与机器人的交互过程，记录体验问题与机会点；调研竞品（具身智能、服务机器人、AI Agent 产品），输出结构化分析报告；协助收集产品线场景需求并参与优先级评审 2. 产品设计与文档撰写：将场景需求拆解为可落地的技能定义与交互流程；撰写 PRD、技能规格说明、交互逻辑文档；参与 Prompt / Workflow 的设计与调优，推动对话体验提升 3. 数据分析与体验度量：采集数据、跟踪部署后核心指标（对话完成率、任务闭环率、用户流失率等），整理数据看板，辅助定位体验瓶颈并提出改进建议

任职要求： - 本科及以上在读，专业不限，每周出勤 5 天，可实习 3 个月以上 - 逻辑清晰，文字表达能力强，能输出高质量的结构化文档 - 对 AI 产品有真实的兴趣——不要求科班背景，但希望你动手玩过、思考过

加分项 - 有 AI Agent / LLM 应用的实践经验（搭过 Agent workflow、写过 prompt engineering 方案、做过 RAG 项目等，个人项目亦可） - 了解多模态交互（语音、视觉、NLP）的基本原理，有智能音箱 / 智能座舱 AI 助手或 AI 硬件的语音助手相关实习经验
